- Added language switch in GUI
- Domain and DNS data synchronization
- This option is now available in the GUI for all Domains, if the logged in user has the right DomainImport
- Performs domain info NIC requests to get and store contact data, name servers, creation/expire date and the authcode
- Performs DNS requests to get and store resource records from the public DNS. This is only done if the appropriate option is set and auto name servers are used. DNS queries are not performed for internal zones
- Added URL parameter for reseller customization before a user is logged in
- A new optional URL parameter “cs” can now be passed with a customer id as value (database id, table customer, column cust_id)
- The given customer is used to enable several settings of the customer while the user is NOT logged in. These settings are: Theme, Logo, Prices, Documents and links, The available TLDs
- If the URL parameter “theme” is passed in addition to the parameter “cs”, the theme of the parameter “theme” will be used, not the theme of the given customer
- These settings will be replaced by the settings of the logged in customer, after the user is logged in (same behavior as before)
Improvements
- Ticket numbers displayed in messages for successfully sent orders are now clickable and lead to the order details site
- Added pager for order approval page
- Needles contact changes are avoided if multiple contacts exist with identical data but different handles
- Auto renew cronjobs to synchronize the expire date are performed with less delay
- Connection timeouts during Ascio AWS requests will now cause orders to go into the malfunction state instead of failing. This facilitates the manual correction process of the order
- Domains with invalid TLDs entered for bulk registration will now be displayed as invalid instead of being ignored
- Improved and highlighted explanation for ttl controlled jobs to emphasize the difference to scheduled orders
- An error messages displayed when trying to activate a resource record that is used for a redirect is now focussed
- Visual improvement of the loader displayed after approvals/rejections on the order approval site
- Paging improved
- Using wildcards as search option in the contact administration is now possible
- A warning message will be displayed when resource records are removed from an order caused by a name server change
- Automatic renews will now be processed parallel to pending domain delete/ domain expire orders that are waiting for order approval
- Order details can now be accessed by the order approval site
- Documents and links will no longer inherit all entries from all superordinate resellers. This is done only for the next reseller in the customer tree. In this way, own documents and links can be specified for every reseller without displaying entries of superordinate resellers or the operator to end customers
- The customer suggestion box was replaced by a new instance to avoid problems in the customer and user administration
- Reworked navigation after successfully sent orders and cancelled orders for a consistent behavior:
- After a successfully sent or cancelled domain create/ transfer or zone create: Back to domain services site
- After a successfully sent single domain operation (like domain zone lock, terminate domain, customer change): Back to domain inventory
- After cancelling a single domain operation: Back to either domain inventory or domain details page, depending where the order was initialized from
- Added filter for NS resource records in the “current zone entries” table
- Renamed links on order detail and domain lifecycle site to “Go to order search…” / “Go to domain inventory…”
Bugfixes
- Redemption period status will be removed after Nic.at bill-with-draw orders
- Target value for redirect entries will now be trimmed to prevent unintentionally added whitespaces
- Ascio documentation ID will be passed to Ascio’s AWS interface within all operations, not just domain transfers
- Fixed an issue where domain and zone modify orders started via SOAP API removed existing resource records, if only the name server host names instead of the name server group was passed
- Imports and data synchronization for Nic.at domains will always store the authcode and the expire date now. As Nic.at does not provide an expire date, this will be calculated based on the creation date
- Autorenew cronjobs will not abort any more if domains with illegal names are renewed
- Local presence validation will now be performed in SOAP API orders as intended
- Issue fixed where a full nameservice group could not be changed to another full nameservice group. This can only occur if more than one full nameservice group exists
- Loosened validation of the local part of email addresses within domain orders. The validation only checks for RFC compatible characters now: A-Za-z0-9.!#$%&’*+-/=?^_`
- Validation of email addresses in SOAP API create customer requests are now performed as given in RFC822, except group addresses (e.g. dominic:[email protected]/) and personal addresses (e.g. “DomiNIC for domains <[email protected]/>”) which are both not allowed
- Forwarded Ascio pending documentation mails that are sent multiple times will no longer be filtered
- Added an additional check to ensure that users can’t change the type of existing resource records any more
- Fixed greeting and receiver email address in order approval emails in case the order was sent with contact handles only
- Contact data within domain orders can now be obtained from any contact handles that are visible for the logged in customer, instead of just the handles visible for the customer of the domain
- Issue fixed where filtered table data occasionally were not displayed
- Some issues fixed where the user rights and user views and modifies did not work as intended on the “My user account” page and in the customer and user administration
- Added some missing localizations on the TLD configuration site
- Expire date will be updated now after owner changes of DNS.lu domains
- Issue fixed where the “select all” function on the order approval site did not work as intended
- The default value for the domain name language code will now be obtained from the browser as intended
- Issue fixed where transfers of zones (dns-only domains) leave the domain in a corrupted state if the transfer orders fails
- Issue fixed where a warning message for invalid TLDs for bulk expire orders was not displayed correctly in the internet explorer
- Issue fixed where sorting and marking several entries on the TLD administration site did not work properly
- Parallel zone modifications can not be started any more if internal transfers with zone modifications or name server changes are being processed
- Orders for transfers that failed because of the is-domain-free check in the BPE will now be displayed in the lifecycle, not just in the search order results
- EPAG transfer away orders that need to be approved will now wait for a final confirmation from EPAG, after the ACK/ NACK answer was passed to EPAG
