This training module is mainly directed towards the employees in customer service, hotline and similar end customer oriented departments. The focus of the training lies on instructing the staff with regard to the use of the client (Administrator Interface and Customer Self Service Interface) while taking into account the previous knowledge of the participants. Duration: 1.5 days |
| DomiNIC - Service Operator 2nd Level Support |
Upon completion of this module, the participant is able to operate DomiNIC4domains on domain job level, to supervise the processing of jobs and also -to some degree- to interfere with the processing of a job. Duration: 2 x 2 days |
| DomiNIC - System Engineers 3rd Level Support |
The engineer attends to DomiNIC4domains on system level. He is able to install, configure and set up DomiNIC4domains for optimal operations. This training requires the background and knowledge of the DomiNIC4domains Service Operator. Duration: 2 x 2 days |
