It is an easy task to set up a variety of user profiles for e.g. administrators, support, back office, product management, hotline, resellers and consumers and to provide each group with the corresponding user rights. These profiles can then be assigned to individual users via the GUI. Of course it is also possible to assign individual configurations to single users. As a result, it is not only possible to control the general access to menus and functions but also to be in command of the presentation of the user interface. In particular, the end customer is presented with a simplified view of the order form which only enables him to select and submit the information that is required for registering a domain. DomiNIC automatically completes the form by including missing information like e.g. the name server entries.
